Mission Statement

At Mortgages 4 U Ltd our mission is to ensure clients interests and
customer satisfaction is our highest priority. In practice this means
that our clients will be fully assessed before we give advice, they will
receive clear information about any products we recommend and any
literature will be explained in plain english so that our clients fully
understand what they are entering into. We will stay in contact with
clients after advice has been given and offer a review service to ensure
they are still receiving the appropriate advice as and when their
circumstances may change.
Our staff are trained to ensure that they listen to what our customer
needs and where we promise to call them back we do this and keep our
clients informed at every stage so that any queries are answered as they
arise.
